We offer Beginners Clinical Pilates Classes aimed at people who want to try pilates or exercise or get back into after a while. These are small classes enabling the instructor to adapt the exercises based on your personal needs.
These 1-2-1 sessions are for clients who need some 1-2-1 experience before entering a beginners class, to build confidence, get stronger or because illness or injury prevents them going to group classes. They are also for people who would like the 1-2-1 class experience
These classes are for all levels. They build on your current level of strength and flexibility and push you to a level you are able to manage
New Ante-Natal and Post Natal Pilates classes, helping you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy or help ease you back into exercise after having your wonderful baby.
